When you make a purchase with us, our Terms & Conditions and other policies will be agreed upon as part of your purcase. All our policies are available on this website.  By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you acknowledge that the products you buy, whether consumable or topical, contain plant compounds from hemp oil and/or mushrooms. 

 FDA Evaluation 

  • Our manufacturing facilities are registered with the FDA, and our products are made according to FDA guidelines for cGMP standards for dietary supplements. As our products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we don’t make specific claims about their benefits. Your decision to buy is based on your own understanding and beliefs about our products. 

 Satisfaction Guarantee 

  • Assurance guaranteed: All products carry a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee from when the product is delivered. If you are not satisfied with any of these products, simply return the unused portion of the product.  
  • Please note: We don’t accept returns or exchanges on Sale items.  

 Damage During Shipping 

  • We test all products for quality and inspect shipments before they leave our warehouse. When your order arrives, please inspect it for any damage during shipping. If you notice any damage, please let us know within 48 hours. Be sure to provide detailed information about the damage.
